Learn to read Middle Egyptian with Dr. Jill Waller!

Course objectives:
1. To learn the basic hieroglyphic signs of the ancient Egyptian language
2. To learn basic grammar, syntax, and vocabulary of the Middle Egyptian stage of the ancient Egyptian language
3. To become familiar with resources which will aid future learning and translation of Middle Egyptian hieroglyphs

Course format:
Twice weekly virtual classes lasting 1 hour each, for 6 weeks. Weekly homework and quizzes will be used to aid learning and to assess student progress.

Dates and times:
Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays for 1 hour,  starting on May 27th at 7:30pm EST and will run 6 weeks until July 17th.

To register interest, please fill out this form by May 24th. There are 25 places available, and the form will remain open until all spaces have been filled. Following registration you will receive an email invoice. The cost is $150, due by May 25th.
